I really enjoyed this book. It is well written and has an engaging plot with an interesting main character. I think the reason that I liked it so much though was because of the ending. I thought that the way the author ended the story was great. So many of the books I've read just don't have good endings. But this one does. It was one of those that gives you shivers down the back of your spine. Not because it's scary, but because it's enlightening (in relation to the story; not necessarily to the grand scheme of intelligent thought, as that word most often connotes). And at around 150 pages, it's not a very large investment. So go for it. It'll be worth your time.
