One Night @ The Call Centre is as pleasurable as any other of Chetan bhagat's novels...its just awesome!! anybody who needs some excitement and thrill with a dash of something 2 learn from, should definitely read this book!! I swear!!it makes up for total entertainment as chetan bhagat has the amazing ability to turn the most serious and heavy events quite light and do not let u brood over it...its a must read for anybody and everybody!!!!!!!!!!
