For as long as she could remember, Jenny Cockell had felt she had lived a former life as Mary Sutton. Finally, Jenny acted on her intense need to find her lost family. After years of painstaking searching, she finally reunited with family members from her previous lifetime. Daniel Zinn thinks this book is Worth Reading.
Found this book at my parents house. Thin, seemed like a good read for the day.
I must say that I was quite surprised when I realized it was pretty darn good. You get to follow the author as she sets out to find the children of a woman she claims to remember as it was her self. It may be that I liked this book because I am not that sceptical about past life experiences. So what if some people claim they remember living another life? Good for them as long as they can write good books. It's a neat idea.
Anyway, since this isn't supposed to be a fictional book it's not an entirely exciting read. There are some parts I had to push myself to read. Mostly, the book is excellent but some passages bring it right down to Worth Reading. The author use hypnisis (therapy) to bring more and more memories to the surface. Names, places, dates. She gets on the plane to Ireland to put the memories to the test.....
